This notice recalls the General Conditions in their entirety, which can be consulted here https://braking-srl.myshopify.com/pages/condizioni-di-vendita, whereby terms with a capital letter, used and not defined again below, have the same meaning as in the General Conditions.
The following is a description of the methods and timing for shipping the Products purchased by Users through the Braking S.r.l. Website and by sending Purchase Orders.
- Shipment of Products
The Products shall be shipped by the Seller within 30 (thirty) days from the sending of the Order Confirmation, except in cases of force majeure and/or non-fulfilment by the carrier, as well as errors and/or incompleteness of the data provided by the User.
The Seller will not ship at weekends and on public holidays.
Once the shipment of the Products has started, the Seller will send the User an e-mail communication with the details of the shipment itself, including the carrier's reference and tracking number, as well as the number of the associated Purchase Order.
The Seller shall not ship Products that have not been fully paid for by the User.
- Costs and delivery times
The costs and delivery times of the Products depend on the country of destination and the shipping method selected. Unless otherwise requested by the User and agreed with the Seller, shipping is carried out by the Seller and the relevant costs are borne by the User. Shipping costs are indicated in the Purchase Order, in accordance with the following summary table:

Please note: The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs delays, weather conditions or local holidays.
If the User has ordered Products with different delivery times, all Products will be delivered in a single shipment. The delivery date for such Products will be the date scheduled for the Product with the longest delivery time.
The User shall bear the full payment of any import duties and taxes on the Products, depending on the country of destination. In any case, any additional costs necessary for customs clearance of the Products will be borne by the User.
- Methods of Shipment
The Products are shipped via reliable couriers, selected according to the destination (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, Poste Italiane or local couriers).
All shipments include a tracking number. The User can monitor the status of the shipment via the courier’s portal.
For shipments to remote areas, a surcharge may apply, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of the Purchase Order.
- Non-delivered products
If the delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the User (e.g. wrong address, absence, failure to collect), the User shall bear the cost of the new shipment. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage to the undelivered Products.
- Amendments to the policy
The Seller reserves the right to change the shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately.
