On Friday 1st of May, Braking took part in a charity event to support a fundraiser to be allocated to the food bank of Lombardy region in Italy. A race of 40 KM on the reels, together with famous bicycle riders and other sponsor of Giants . Braking team obtained the third place on 28 participants teams.
The event reached 900 members, collecting an amount of Euro 4243,00.
The race was realized by three athlets and friends Stefano Gallo, Alberto Mottura e Sergio Vigano with the help of Lombardy Region, FITRI Lombardy and Italian Ciclyst Federation and Giant Bicycles Italy, the official partner of the event.
Here below the message of Giant:
"Thanks to all of you we collected 4243,00 euro that are the equivalent of 89.109 hot meals for those who need them!
We competed side by side without sparing us, proving that the world of sport doesn't know borders, and often between teams and rivals brand, it wins always the spirit of solidarity!".
